Recent Contracts - Interior Design Transformations

We take great pleasure in helping our customers transform their venues, and it's always great when we receive pictures of the finished project.  

Forest Contract was recently selected to complete the renovation of the reputable Dower House Hotel in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire. The refurbishment included a complete make over of the brasserie where the client wanted to create a relaxed and inviting environment. The spec was that the furniture had to be multifunctional: both durable and elegant.

Playing an active role in the interior design process, Forest Contract helped to select materials and designs that would compliment the space. Hard- wearing wenge wood table tops were a practical choice for the area, and were accompanied by Steffi and Toscana side chairs in vibrant leathers. Luxurious Liberty sofas in a top of the range leather worked in marked contrast to the stylish, striped Modena bar stools. 

 

Within a couple of days, members of the Forest Contract team were able to fit the fixed seating and assemble the tables. Fixed seating is a very functional use of the space as it allows Dower House to host more customers in the restaurant area.   

The end result is a contemporary and sophisticated space which is in keeping with the style of the hotel. Dower House was delighted with the furniture and the effect it has had on transforming the brasserie.


 Our second featured Venue is Ludas Bar - Liverpool.


Ludus Bar was one of Forest Contract’s most ambitious and exciting projects. The client wanted to achieve a vintage feel in a modern setting. This is best exemplified through their choice of bold fabric and beautiful leather furniture.

 

Forest Contract created tub chairs in a exciting range of different leathers and fabrics, which are the bold focal point of the main room. The colours and textures work in perfect harmony to match the eccentric, patterned wallpaper. The vintage leather used on the bar stools is both soft and inviting, but also resilient and hardwearing, making it an ideal material for the client. Dark wood laminate table tops were recommended to complete the look of the themed bar. The tops complimenting the sofas which are done in a range of artistic fabrics. 

 

The furniture in Ludus Bar manages to be aesthetically charming whilst perfectly encapsulating Hollywood glamor. It comes as no surprise that Ludus Bar has become a popular hotspot in the area.
